Mayor O'Brien is the much unloved mayor of our nation's capital and what with zero means zero and all that other nonsense he promised flying off the rails he needs ideas.
Good ideas. Ideas that will work and save the taxpayers of our great capital money.
Here is a great idea from the Ottawa Sun yesterday. Andover, Mass, a suburb of Boston, Mass, is now using a half dozen dairy goats as lawn mowers. This team can chew up an acre of grass a week and do it for free.
Think about it, sir, think about it.
