Quebec City Mayor Regis Labeaume says that is what the Stephen Harper's are doing by not pitching in money for the new rink in La Capitale.
Not paying for domes and arenas and whatnot is one of the few areas that I believe the Stephen Harper's are doing right on. Nonetheless the mayor of QC hit the nail on the head when he "... said that, should there be an election in the spring, the Tories will pay a hefty political price in the region, where they hold six seats. They hold 11 in the province."
So, no election then?
