The WFDS starts on the west coast where the Ottawa Citizen reports that Leo Lavigne got off the hook this week.
The B.C. Court of Appeal ruled that Mr. Lavigne cannot be sued by his neighbours, Peter and Meah Martin, for allegedly staring into their apartment up to 200 times a year.
Note to the Martins: get a pit bull puppy and train it to hate Mr. Lavigne.
Problem solved.
