NDP MP Rathika Sitsabaiesan thinks Canada has only 9 million people so it would follow that she might be a bit off regarding the province thingy.
Ironically Ms. Sitsabaiesan is an MP in the Greater Toronto Area which in and of itself has close to 9 large.
This is Jack Layton's legacy.
