A source I have inside the Canadian military tells me an unfortunate story.
There is another Colonel Russell Williams.
The first Colonel Russell Williams that comes to mind of course is the psycho killer who lived in Ottawa/Tweed/Trenton and was busted two years ago on Super Bowl Sunday.
The other Colonel Russell Williams is not a psycho killer but he does bear that rather unfortunate moniker and the same rank.
