In a piece with Wendy Mesley on CBC's The National Jim Flaherty, the Minister of Money, explained that the chiseling away at Old Age Security will not be fully implemented until 2020. He went on to point out that even though most Canadians will get burned by the Tories the one's that suffer the most don't vote Conservative so who gives a flying f*ck. Well he did not really say that but he meant it.
