That would be the universities in your capital, Ottawa.

Chris Holski of 580CFRA reports that "Ottawa U and Carleton were kept out of the Top 100 in an annual list of the world's most-respected universities published this week.  They weren't among the three from Canada who appeared in the Times Higher Education rankings.  The University of Toronto was 16th, with UBC and McGill tied at 31st.  44 of the schools are American.  The Top 5: Harvard, MIT, Cambridge, Oxford and Berkeley.

Just ask your waitress about the value of a Carleton education.
