My good friend/crank Russell Barth would tell you that Vic Toews and Stephen Harper belong in jail.
He would be wrong.
But there seem to be a number of Tories, at all levels - Senate, Cabinet and House of Commons - who are jail eligible.
Methinks that Messrs. Toews and Harper should consider building a jail for their colleagues, something nice, with horses, baby blue barbed wire and a helipad.
