5888...Scary News Out Of Boston

K, so I know you know that they, the authorities, killed one alleged bad guy and caught the other one.

That is good.

Here is what is not so good.  According to The Guardian, a progressive paper out of Manchester, United Kingdom, the Department of Justice, intends on questioning suspect Dzhokhar Tsamaev without Mirandizing him.  He is an American citizen by the way.

Why should you be concerned?  Well the thing about the U. S. Constitution and our Charter of Rights and Freedoms is that they are supposed to protect all from the power that the state wields especially individuals like Mr. Tsamaev who are on the low end of the food chain morally, financially and other wise.

Pastor Niemoller must be rolling in his grave.

  1. The American constitution has become an instrument of convenience. When an American can be detained, indefinitely, without charge and denied due process, a constitution becomes little more than a framework for commercial rights.

Let us remember, the U.S. has now been deemed, by its own legislators, to be a torture state. It flouts international and domestic law without hesitation. It has chosen to transform itself into a rogue, outlaw state.
